What is the government fee for a trademark?
The e-filing fee is ₹4,500 per class for individuals, startups and small enterprises (with a Udyam or Startup India certificate), and ₹9,000 per class for others.
When can I use the ® symbol?
Only after the trademark is registered. From the filing date you can use ™ to show you have applied.
What if I receive an examination report?
The reply must be filed within 30 days of the report. We review the objection, draft a reply with supporting arguments and evidence, and file it for you.
