Who we are

Taxes Lok is a tax and business compliance consultancy run by Anmol Shukla at Street No. 12, Main Road, Wazirabad, Delhi 110084. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through this website, phone, WhatsApp and email.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, the service you are interested in and your message. Our server also records the date, time and IP address of the submission to prevent spam.

When you become a client, we collect the documents needed to provide the service, such as PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, bank statements and financial records.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, provide the services you request, file returns and applications on your behalf, and send you reminders about due dates. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Sharing

We share your information only with government portals and authorities as required to complete your filing (for example the GST, Income Tax, MCA, FSSAI or Trademark portals), and with service providers such as DSC issuers when your work needs it.

Security and retention

Enquiries are sent to our email and kept on our server with restricted access. Client documents are stored securely and kept for as long as required by law and for the service. You can ask us to delete enquiry data at any time.
