Annual ROC filings and company changes, without penalties
AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, LLP Form 11 and Form 8, plus every event-based change: directors, registered office, name, capital and share transfers.
ROC Filing & Company Compliance
Every company and LLP must file annual returns with the Registrar of Companies, even if it did no business. Late filing attracts an additional fee for every day of delay, and continued default can lead to the company being struck off and directors being disqualified.
We maintain your compliance calendar, prepare resolutions and minutes, coordinate with your auditor and file each form on time.

Frequently asked questions
My company did no business this year. Do I still need to file?
Yes. Annual filings are required for every active company and LLP, including those with no transactions. A company with no significant transactions can apply for dormant status.
What happens if ROC filings are late?
An additional fee is charged for each day of delay. Continued non-filing can lead to the company being struck off and its directors being disqualified.
Can you file pending returns of earlier years?
Yes. We prepare the pending financial statements and returns year by year, and advise on any condonation or compounding needed.
