Taxes Lok is a private professional consultancy. We are not a government body. Approval of any registration, licence or application rests with the relevant government authority.

Fees

Prices on this website are starting professional fees. Government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges and any penalties or late fees are extra and payable at actuals. We confirm the exact fee before starting work.

Timelines

Timelines shown are typical and depend on the documents you provide and processing by the government department. Delays caused by portal issues, queries or verification by the department are outside our control.

Refunds

If you cancel before we begin work, the professional fee is refunded in full. Once an application or return has been prepared or filed, the professional fee is not refundable. Government fees paid on your behalf cannot be refunded by us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. Please review drafts and computations we share before approving them for filing.
