Register your business the right way, from day one
Choose the right structure, get your name approved and receive your certificate, PAN and TAN without running around. We handle the paperwork for founders across India.
Business Registration & Company Incorporation
The structure you choose decides your liability, tax rate, compliance load and how easily you can raise money. A trader starting small may only need a proprietorship with GST, while a startup planning to raise funds should begin as a Private Limited Company.
We explain the options in plain language, recommend what fits your plans, and then take care of every filing with the MCA, Income Tax Department and GST portal.

Frequently asked questions
Which business structure should I choose?
A proprietorship is simplest for a single owner with low risk. A partnership suits family businesses. An LLP gives limited liability with fewer compliances. A Private Limited Company suits businesses that want to raise investment or build a brand. We recommend one after a short call.
Is there a minimum capital requirement for a company?
No. A Private Limited Company or OPC can be incorporated with any amount of capital. Most small companies start with ₹1 lakh or less.
Can I use my home address as the registered office?
Yes. A residential address can be used with a recent utility bill and an NOC from the owner. If the property is rented, a rent agreement is also needed.
