Income tax filing done accurately, with every deduction claimed
ITR filing for salaried people, traders, professionals, firms and companies, plus TDS returns, tax audit and replies to income tax notices.
Income Tax Return Filing, TDS & Tax Audit
A correct return is more than filling in Form 16. We match your income with AIS and Form 26AS, check capital gains, choose between the old and new tax regimes, and claim every deduction you are eligible for, so your refund comes through without a notice.
For businesses we prepare the profit and loss account and balance sheet, file TDS returns every quarter, and complete the tax audit when turnover crosses the limit.

Frequently asked questions
What is the last date to file ITR?
For individuals and businesses not requiring audit, the usual due date is 31 July. For businesses requiring tax audit, it is usually 31 October. The government sometimes extends these dates.
I missed the due date. Can I still file?
Yes. A belated return can still be filed within the time allowed, with a late fee. Some benefits, such as carrying forward certain losses, may be lost.
I received an income tax notice. Is it serious?
Many notices are routine, such as a mismatch with AIS or a request for documents. Every notice has a reply date, so send it to us early and we will tell you what it needs.
Which ITR form should I file?
ITR-1 for residents with income up to ₹50 lakh from salary, one house property and interest. ITR-2 if you have capital gains beyond the ITR-1 limits or more than one house. ITR-3 for business or professional income, and ITR-4 for presumptive income. We pick the right form for you.
Should I choose the old or new tax regime?
The new regime is the default and usually better if you have few deductions. Salaried people can choose every year; business owners can switch only limited times. Try our old vs new regime calculator.
What documents are needed for ITR filing?
Form 16, AIS and Form 26AS, bank interest certificates, capital gains statements, rent and home loan details, and proof of deductions such as 80C, 80D and donations.
What happens if I don't e-verify my ITR?
An ITR must be e-verified within 30 days of filing. If not, it is treated as not filed, and your refund will not be processed.
What is the late fee for filing ITR after the due date?
Up to ₹5,000 under section 234F, reduced to ₹1,000 if total income is up to ₹5 lakh, plus interest on any tax due.
My refund failed. What should I do?
